Role: Head Chef

Location: Harley Street
Shifts: Flexible shift patterns to suit you, between Monday and Sunday, 6:30am to 10pm

Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week

As Head Chef you’ll have the skills, knowledge and expertise to ensure your catering service is simply exemplary. As well as being a food guru, you’ll have the skills to make sure the department operates within its budget, and is properly staffed at all times.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a special kind of person to join us – someone who is keen to bring their commercial expertise to bear in creating new taste and nutritional experiences for patients and staff. As well as this you’ll:

• be qualified to City & Guilds 706/1/2 or equivalent
• have either Intermediate or Advanced food hygiene qualifications
• fully understand Health and Safety at Work Regulations in accordance with Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and Hygiene Regulation Act 1971
• be able to show managerial experience in a similar environment
• have a track record in working at a fast-pace to high quality standards
• display excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with a commitment to developing a creative service
