This is a highly visible role responsible for leading the development and delivery of Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) services across The Harley Street Clinic, Leaders in Oncology Care, HCA at UCH and The Princess Grace Hospital. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring MDTs operate in line with national standards, supporting governance excellence, service development and outstanding patient care across one of the UK's leading private healthcare providers.Above all else, we’re committed to the care and improvement of human life. Other’s may think this is just a role in Governance, but to us, you’ll be part of a wider team with a unique sense of purpose, one that helps improve lives on a daily basis.What you’ll do:Line Manage and Support the MDT’s across The Harley Street Campus to ensure all consultants have access to appropriate MDT’s for patientsAssist with facilitation of cover across all hospital sites as part of The Harley Street CampusEnsure facilities access the MDT for the specialism in a timely manner by influencing clinical staff to utilise all available MDT’sLead on assuring the application and adherence of HCA’s quality governance framework and HCA MDT policy standardsLead quality improvement projects working alongside clinical staff to deliver improved outcomesFacilitate effective communication across sites building trust and co-operation from the diverse workforce groupsPromote a positive learning environment where changes are established and embedded to improve patient safety, experience and outcomesLead on lessons learned taking appropriate action and response to mistakes or service failures and ensuring an open learning culture is fosteredPerform audit analysis to ensure all MDTs are performing, collating reports of audit findings, implement action plans and reviewFoster trusting relationships with external stakeholders including consultants and Medical SecretariesTo ensure all documentation is accurate and complies with HCA MDT guidelinesWhy HCA UK?Originally founded over 50 years ago by Dr Thomas Frist, HCA has gone on to become one of the world’s leading healthcare providers.
