Working alongside experienced Embryologists, Clinicians and Nurses, you'll play an important role in maintaining laboratory standards, preparing equipment and consumables, supporting quality assurance activities, and contributing to the delivery of outstanding patient care. Let us care for you and your career, the same way you do for others.What you’ll do:Support the day-to-day operation of the IVF laboratory, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.Prepare laboratory media, consumables and equipment required for fertility procedures.Assist with specimen handling, documentation and traceability processes in line with laboratory protocols.Support environmental monitoring, quality control checks and equipment maintenance activities.Maintain stock levels and ensure laboratory supplies are available to support clinical activity.What you’ll bring:Degree in a relevant biological science subject or equivalent scientific qualification.Previous experience working within a laboratory environment, preferably within fertility, healthcare or a regulated laboratory setting.Knowledge of good laboratory practice and quality management procedures.Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Why HCA UK?Originally founded over 50 years ago by Dr Thomas Frist, HCA has gone on to become one of the world’s leading healthcare providers.
