We're looking for a Bank Staff Nurse to join our team at Lister Fertility Clinic, The Lister Hospital. As the UK's largest private IVF unit, Lister Fertility Clinic has been supporting patients through fertility treatment for more than 35 years, combining exceptional clinical expertise with compassionate, personalised care. As a Bank Staff Nurse within Lister Fertility Clinic, you'll play a key role in supporting patients throughout their fertility journey. Working closely with consultants and the wider multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centred care, support patients undergoing fertility treatments and procedures, administer medication, undertake clinical assessments, and help ensure a seamless experience during what can be a highly emotional and significant time in their lives. What you'll bring:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Previous experience working as a Staff Nurse within an acute hospital or outpatient setting
- Previous fertility experience is essential
- Experience supporting patients undergoing fertility treatment and procedures
- Competent in patient assessment, care planning and evaluation
- Experience administering medications and undertaking clinical nursing duties
- Excellent communication skills, a compassionate patient-centred approach, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
