Job Title: Administration SupervisorLocation: London Canary WharfFull time: 37.5 hours per weekPermanent: Monday to Friday onsiteSalary: £33k to £36k per annumWe’re looking for an Administration Supervisor to join our HCA UK Team based on a client site in Canary Wharf. You will be responsible and accountable for the management of any logistical tasks and the Front of House (FOH) team within the onsite client clinic.You will be required to travel to Glasgow quarterly (travel and accommodation will be paid)You will ensure strong relationships with the HCA Primary Care FOH and administrative management teams, to deliver an effective, consistent service to the client.This is an interesting and exciting role where you will also collaborate with the client account management team and onsite clinical team to deliver a high-quality patient journey.You will report to the Practice Manager and be trained to deputise for them when required.
