As a Kitchen Porter you will have a crucial role in supporting the kitchen team by maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment. What you’ll do:

Ensure the kitchen and surrounding areas are kept clean and organised at all times, including floors, countertops, equipment, and storage areas.

Clean kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, and dishes, ensuring all items are thoroughly sanitised to meet food safety standards.

Regularly clean large kitchen appliances (e.g., ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and sinks) and ensure they are in good working order.
