- A hardworking and experienced
Sous Pastry Chef with a background in high-end hotels, private members’ clubs, or quality restaurants. All applicants must demonstrate a stable, proven career history within reputable kitchens.
- A creative, organised pastry professional with a strong eye for detail and a passion for modern pastry techniques.
You will work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and refine innovative menus.
- Confident leading a small pastry brigade of two chefs , with the ability to motivate, train, and maintain exceptional standards within an intimate, high-performing team.
