The restaurant offers a modern British menu, utilising the very best of locally sourced British produce. Sous Chef benefits:

  • A highly driven and reliable Senior Sous Chef with strong experience working in high‑volume kitchens, ideally with a background in modern British cuisine.
  • A stable and proven employment history, demonstrating commitment, professionalism, and consistency at senior level.
  • Previous experience within an AA‑rated restaurant is highly desirable and will be viewed favourably.
  • The ideal Senior Sous Chef must have good access to West London and be able to commute reliably for early starts, late finishes, and split shifts when required.
