Baker Responsibilities:- Lead all daily bread and pasta production, shaping a signature offering for this newly opened restaurant.
- Produce a daily selection of flatbreads, artisanal sourdough, Parker House rolls, and fresh pasta.
- Manage the full bakery operation independently.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and precision across all doughs and bakes.
- Ensure excellent organisation, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards.
- Support menu development with new ideas and seasonal specials.
- Proven experience in artisan breadmaking or restaurant bakery production.
- Confidence working independently and managing your own production schedule.
- Previous exposure to Mediterranean or Greek-influenced baking is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain high standards during busy periods.
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for craft baking.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with the wider kitchen team.
