The menu champions simplicity, seasonality, and exceptional craftsmanship and the bakery programme sits at the heart of it.
As the sole baker, you’ll lead all daily bread and pasta production, shaping a signature offering for this newly opened restaurant.
Baker Benefits:- Producing a daily selection of flatbreads, artisanal sourdough, Parker House rolls, and fresh pasta
- Managing the full bakery operation independently
- £36,000 to £38,000 per annum
- Working 7am–4pm, five days per week
- Maintaining consistency, quality, and precision across all doughs and bakes
- Ensuring excellent organisation, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards
- Supporting menu development with new ideas and seasonal specials
- Proven experience in artisan breadmaking or restaurant bakery production
