Our client is a neighbourhood Mediterranean bistro serving incredible unfussy food, using top of the range produce! The bistro is opened during the daytime – brunch/lunch and they have a separate private dining room where they offer bespoke sit down dinners.
Junior Sous Chef Benefits:
