Job Title: Chef de Partie
H&C Solutions are delighted to be partnering with an award-winning fine dining restaurant in Ascot.The restaurant champions modern British cuisine, offering lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, as well as Sunday lunch. We are seeking a Chef de Partie with exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for refined, beautifully presented dishes.
Chef de Partie Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £38,000 per annum
- Set days off – the restaurant is closed every Monday and Tuesday
- Early finish on Sundays, with service completed by 5pm
- Meals provided while on duty

- Clear progression opportunities, including development towards a Sous Chef role
Chef de Partie Requirements:
- A minimum of three years’ experience working within reputable restaurants or hotels
- A self-motivated Chef de Partie with a strong eye for detail and a genuine desire to learn and progress
- A stable and proven employment history is essential
- Candidates must live locally and be able to commute to Ascot daily, as accommodation cannot be provided
