Reporting to: UK Sales Manager

The Role

You’ll take ownership of an established portfolio of business accounts while proactively identifying and securing new opportunities across your territory. This is a field-based role focused on profitable growth, strong relationship building, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing business accounts
  • Identify and win new business across key market sectors
  • Maintain and improve margins on project work
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive territory growth
  • Build strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Ensure excellent service delivery through close internal collaboration
  • Provide regular reporting to the UK Sales Manager

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience
  • Strong account management skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent territory planning ability
  • Commercially aware with a focus on profitability
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
