HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred care across our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist homes.
You’ll lead a team of Care Assistants, work with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, and ensure high standards of care, safety and dignity for residents.
Ideal candidates will have Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Social Care and progress towards Level 3, with strong record-keeping and time management.
