HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team of Care Assistants across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes in Wakefield. You will deliver person-centred care, maintain records and support residents and families with dignity and independence.
You will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, develop care plans, provide stimulation through activities, and ensure high standards of care, compassionate communication, and timely documentation.
