HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to design and implement engaging activities for residents across our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will work on a 26.5-hour week with a 3 on 3 off rotation, delivering activities, supporting fundraising with the Home Manager, and ensuring every resident is supported with kindness.
Attention to safeguarding and computer skills will help you coordinate digital care planning and schedule activities.
