As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll be ensuring the level of care goes beyond professional standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll provide support and advice, take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence, and supervise/co‑coach colleagues to deliver empathetic, resident‑centred care.

You’ll bring positive energy, the ability to mentor, manage time effectively, and keep meaningful records. You’ll communicate with residents and colleagues with consideration and kindness.
