As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll be ensuring the level of care goes beyond professional standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll provide support and advice, take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence, and supervise/co‑coach colleagues to deliver empathetic, resident‑centred care.

HC-One is looking for an experienced Deputy Home Manager with a background in person‑centred care planning within a care home. You’ll bring positive energy, the ability to mentor, manage time effectively, and keep meaningful records. You’ll communicate with residents and colleagues with consideration and kindness. All colleagues attend safeguarding training and undertake additional training, and you should be able to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
