HC-One is seeking an Assistant Chef to join its caring teams. You’ll cook and serve nutritious meals for residents, while supporting the First Chef and stepping in during their absence. You’ll manage stock, help budget, coach teammates, and supervise kitchen clean‑up with a focus on resident wellbeing.
You’ll hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and demonstrate a strong understanding of HACCP, organisational skills, and a friendly, patient approach with residents and colleagues.
