HC-One is seeking a Commercial Performance Executive to drive occupancy growth across Scotland. Based in our regional teams, you’ll analyse data, generate insights, and coordinate initiatives with homes, marketing, finance and operations to support commercial success.
You’ll monitor trends, develop dashboards, prepare business cases and reports, and help embed our Sales Excellence framework while building strong relationships with Home Managers and colleagues across the group.
