About The Role

In your role as a Night Manager at HC-One you’ll value kindness above all. You will manage a specific part of the home, deliver the highest level of care, and run the entire place when the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager are absent. The position is 38.5 hours per week on day shifts with a 3 on/3 off shift pattern. You will report on resident mobility, request medical samples, and administer medicines while keeping resident dignity and well‑being at mind above all. Proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults, positive energy, and natural ability to get along with people are essential. Safeguarding is a shared responsibility and you will recognise signs of possible abuse or neglect, undertake training, seek advice, and report concerns appropriately.
