In your role as a Home Administrator at HC-One, you’ll bring unparalleled kindness to our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You’ll manage administrative systems and processes to support the Home Manager, ensuring impeccable financial records, time & attendance, payroll and HR information, always keeping resident wellbeing first.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
- Administer the Time & Attendance system.
- Process payroll and HR information.
- Recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and apply safeguarding procedures, including reporting and escalation.
Qualifications
- IT and Administration qualification (e.g., ECDL) or equivalent.
- Previous secretarial or administrative support experience in a busy office.
- Strong Microsoft Office, time‑management and organisational skills.
- Positive, compassionate attitude and ability to communicate with residents and colleagues.
