About the Role
The Cook will plan and prepare a variety of meals that are appealing, nutritious and centred around residents’ preferences, requests and dietary requirements. You will work with the Kitchen Manager to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and share our ethos of creating an ambient dining experience at every mealtime, helping to create a great place to live.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You must recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect, and know what to do if concerns arise. All colleagues attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and may pursue additional training. You can seek advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
