In this role you’ll value kindness above all. You will play a key role within the home, overseeing and assisting every aspect of nursing care and activities. You are responsible for creating and updating individual care plans, maintaining accurate medication records, managing staff rotas, and providing out-of-hours cover as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and mentor a team of nursing staff.
