HC-One is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to lead and develop the HR Advisory team, delivering expert HR business partnering and employee relations across our multi-site care organisation. Based at the Central Support Office in Darlington, you will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to support homes nationwide.
You will partner with senior operational leaders, coach managers to build people capability and provide expert guidance on sensitive workforce issues to strengthen.
