HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our care teams. The role is a full-time position at 33 hours per week, with a £2000 welcome bonus.
You will lead a team of Care Assistants, work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, and focus on delivering person-centred care across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care settings. You will know your residents well, develop personalised care plans, and ensure records are kept accurately.
