HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team in delivering personalised care across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist settings. You will plan and implement care that gives residents security, dignity and independence, and you will get to know residents and their families to tailor care plans.
You will support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, provide social activities, administer medication, and ensure accurate record keeping.
