HC-One are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our caring team across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, deliver personalised care plans, and support residents with dignity, independence and security.
You will maintain accurate records, work with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, and help with activities and medication administration, bringing kindness and a person-centred approach to every interaction with residents.
