For you, it will mean planning and implementing care that gives our residents a sense of security, dignity, and independence. You will get to know our residents and their families, helping to ensure personalized care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care and influencing the team positively. Whether demonstrating how to use a walking frame, assisting at mealtimes, or communicating with families, kindness is paramount. You will also provide social and recreational activities, administer medication, and keep accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care to residents, ensuring dignity and independence
- Lead and support a team of Care Assistants
- Maintain accurate care records
- Recognize and respond to safeguarding concerns, attending relevant training
- Support residents with social, recreational activities, and medication administration
