Job Title: Night Senior Care Assistant at HC One

As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you\’ll play a vital role in providing compassionate care across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and implementing personalized care plans that promote residents\’ security, dignity, and independence.
- Building strong relationships with residents and their families.
- Leading a team of Care Assistants to maintain high standards of care.
- Assisting with daily activities such as using walking frames, end-of-life care, and communicating with families.
- Providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
- Administering medication and maintaining accurate records.
Ideal candidates will have:
- A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with willingness to work towards Level 3.
- Experience in person-centered care planning and caring for individuals with dementia.
- Positive energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Awareness of safeguarding practices and the ability to recognize and report concerns.
