As a Night Shift Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Our residents are individuals with stories to tell, and your role is to support their dignity, independence, and security.
Your responsibilities include:
- Planning and implementing personalized care plans.
- Leading a team of Care Assistants, maintaining high standards of care.
- Assisting residents with daily activities, including social and recreational engagement.
- Administering medication and maintaining accurate records.
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
Ideal candidates will have completed a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care, with a willingness to pursue Level 3 or equivalent. Experience in person-centered care planning and caring for people with dementia is preferred. Your positive energy, kindness, and ability to communicate effectively are essential.
