About The Role

This is a full‑time role working day shifts, 38.5 hours per week from 8am‑8pm. Full flexibility is needed.

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, Kindness will be at the core of everything you do. You will plan and implement care that gives residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence. You will get to know residents and their families, ensuring truly personalised care plans.

You will lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain the highest standards of care. You will help a Registered Nurse and Care Manager provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities and administer medication.

One of your key responsibilities is to maintain accurate records of the job you do and build strong relationships with the rest of your team.

Ideally, you’ll have completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Social Care and are prepared to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Adult Social Care or equivalent, with a background in person‑centred care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. What’s essential, though, is your brilliant positive energy and natural ability to get along with people.
