HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator on a 20 hours per week part-time basis. The role focuses on planning and delivering engaging activities for residents across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes, with emphasis on kindness and person-centred care.
You will support the Home Manager to organise fundraising events and develop activities inspired by residents’ hobbies, fostering social interaction and a warm community spirit.
