HC-One is seeking a Head of Contracts & Commissioning to lead the end-to-end contracts and funding strategy for a national care portfolio. The role focuses on securing sustainable funding, managing relationships with commissioners, and guiding the team to deliver value across England, Scotland and Wales.

You will lead lifecycle management, fee negotiations, and tender activity, working with senior stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities and to align commercial activity with operational.
