About the Role This is a bank role for a Registered Nurse at HC‐One. You will service care‐home residents in a nurse‐led environment, supporting complex decision making, mentoring colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor, and delivering a person‐centred approach to care.
About You Registered Nurse with at least 12 months of experience in health or social care, a valid NMC PIN, and strong communication skills. You should be passionate about mentoring, uphold NMC standards, and recognise safeguarding concerns.
