As Regional Administrator, you'll work across a portfolio of homes, supporting Home Administrators, maintaining operational continuity and helping to ensure financial and administrative processes are consistent, compliant and effective.

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across a defined region to deliver training, provide operational cover and carry out financial compliance audits. You'll be joining a forward-looking organisation with a long-term commitment to the success of every home. Reporting to the Regional Director, you'll provide specialist administrative support across a defined portfolio of homes. You'll train and develop Home Administrators, provide operational cover during periods of absence, carry out financial compliance audits and identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and controls. Working closely with Home Managers, Area Directors and central support teams, you'll help build administrative capability, strengthen financial governance and support continuous improvement across the region.
