You will lead a team of Care Assistants, plan and deliver personalised care, support residents and their families, and work with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to maintain safety and dignity.
You should have a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care and be working toward Level 3 or equivalent, with a genuine commitment to kindness and high-quality record keeping.
