Care Assistant role at HC-One. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you’ll support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support with daily activities to ensure residents’ dignity and individuality.
- Support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
- Assist with meals and personal hygiene as part of daily routines.
- Recognise safeguarding signs and know how to respond, including escalation if needed; attend safeguarding training and additional role-appropriate training.
- Engage with digital care planning initiatives and adapt to technology as needed.
