HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our night team at our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You will support residents with personal care, meals, mobility and daily activities, working under a Registered Nurse.
You will help maintain residents’ dignity and individuality, provide comfort, and contribute to end-of-life care when needed. Training, safeguarding and ongoing development are provided to support your growth with HC-One.
