HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to work 15 hours per week with weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays and occasional weekday work. You will plan and deliver engaging activities for Residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care settings.
You’ll support the Home Manager with fundraising events and help Residents build confidence and social connections, bringing a kind and patient approach to every interaction.
