HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities for residents across our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. The role is full-time 32 hours per week, with the Home Manager's support to organise fundraising events and enrich daily life with kindness.
You will bring energy, be able to work with vulnerable individuals, demonstrate strong planning and IT skills, and communicate with warmth and respect.
