HC-One is recruiting an enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. This part-time role offers a 3 on 3 off rotation, 24.5 hours per week, and includes supporting residents with daily living tasks under a Registered Nurse.
You will help with personal care, meals and activities, delivering care with dignity and compassion while recognizing each resident's individuality.
