About The Role
With your previous care experience, you will be leading our care team to provide personalised care, meeting and exceeding our residents' expectations. HC-One will support you to take your career to the next level, offering everything you need to move forward to Care Manager and beyond.
Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is essential, and you must be willing to complete Level 3.
- At least 6 months experience as a Senior / Team Leader in a Residential Care Home setting is essential.
