As a Senior Training Facilitator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that care and support colleagues have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centred care.
This is a practical, field-based role that combines training delivery, coaching, competency support, and team leadership.
Alongside delivering training across your allocated homes, you will also provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to a team of Training Facilitators, helping to ensure that learning is delivered consistently, effectively, and in a way that translates into excellent practice.
