As Head Housekeeper at Mountview, you will lead the housekeeping team in ensuring that our resident’s home maintains and exceeds their expectations in every way. You will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in maintaining our high standards, creating a great place to live and work.
Responsibilities
- Lead the housekeeping team in ensuring that residents’ homes maintain and exceed expectations in every way.
- Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility; recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns. Attend safeguarding training appropriate to your role and undertake additional training in associated areas. Seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
- Support the organisation’s move towards enhanced digital care planning; adapt to technology and be supported to grow digital capabilities.
- Promote inclusivity and foster a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to be themselves; reflect the communities served.
- Contribute to creating a great place to live and work by maintaining high housekeeping standards and supporting residents’ well-being.
