We are seeking a Registered Nurse to work part‑time on a night shift in a care home environment in Leeds. The role is nurse‑led, offering an opportunity to develop complex decision‑making and collaborative skills while supporting residents in their most vulnerable moments.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide person‑centred care for residents and support them in life‑changing decisions.
- Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues; act as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
- Ensure safeguarding compliance—recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect, report concerns and, if required, escalate action.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, modelling professional behaviour.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 12 months experience in health or social care.
- Valid NMC pin and a commitment to NMC standards of practice.
