HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and deliver personalised care in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will maintain records, assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, and support residents and their families with dignity and independence.
You should have a Level 2 Diploma/SNVQ in Adult Social Care and work towards Level 3, with a background in person-centered care and dementia care knowledge.
