Role Summary

The Home Administrator role at HC‑One is a full‑time position supporting our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will maintain administrative systems, ensuring the Home Manager can run services efficiently while keeping resident well‑being at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative systems and processes, including financial record keeping, reporting and payroll via the Time & Attendance system.
  • Process HR information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support safeguarding processes by recognising signs of abuse or neglect and reporting concerns in compliance with required training.

Requirements

  • IT and Administration qualification, such as ECDL.
  • Admin or secretarial support experience in a busy office.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a naturally kind and compassionate attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and co‑workers.
