Home Administrator – HC‑One
In your role as a Home Administrator at HC‑One, you will bring unparalleled kindness to all aspects of your work in our dementia, nursing, residential, and specialist care homes. Residents are people just like you, with their own stories, and you’ll have a wonderful opportunity to give something back to those people.
Full‑time role covering maternity leave for six months, 40 hours per week. After six months, hours will reduce to part‑time.
As a Home Administrator you will manage administrative systems and processes to perfection to help the Home Manager run services effectively. You will maintain financial records, prepare reports, administer the Time & Attendance system, process payroll and HR information, always keeping resident wellbeing in mind.
Qualifications: IT and administration qualification such as ECDL, admin or secretarial support experience in a busy office, great Microsoft Office, time‑management and organisational skills. Positive, energetic, natural ability to get along with people and treat residents and coworkers with consideration and kindness.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You must recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect, know what to do if concerns arise, attend safeguarding training appropriate to the role, undertake additional training in related areas, seek appropriate advice and report concerns—including escalation if action is not taken.
