HC-One is seeking a Head of Pay and Reward to shape the organisation's payroll and total reward strategy. Based at the Darlington Support Office, you will lead a large, multi-site payroll operation and drive a modern reward framework to attract and retain colleagues.
You will report to the Chief Transformation & Finance Officer and work with senior leaders to benchmark pay, model rewards, and ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery across the kingdom.
