A bank position zero hours for a registered nurse in a care home environment. The role combines clinical expertise with the opportunity to form genuine, lasting connections with residents and their families. You will practice in a nurse‑led environment, develop complex decision‑making and collaborative skills, mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students, and act as a practice supervisor. You will advocate and deliver a person‑centred approach to care, recognise and respond to safeguarding concerns, attend safeguarding training appropriate to your role, and undertake additional training in associated areas.

You are a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in health or social care, a valid PIN number, and a commitment to the NMC standards of practice. You have a passion for mentoring, excellent communication skills, and the ability to role‑model professional behaviours.
